城乡收入差距与耕地非农化的关系研究——基于耕地库兹涅茨曲线扩展的省级面板数据研究

Study on the Relationship Between the Income Disparity and Cultivated Land Conversion:Extensions of Cultivated Land Kuznets Curve Used Panel Date

利用1998-2006年间省级面板数据,证实城乡收入差距与耕地非农化之间存在耕地库兹涅茨曲线关系,收入差距的扩大不仅会加剧耕地非农化,还会影响经济的发展,进而导致耕地非农化速度减缓的拐点的延迟出现。指出只有通过提高农民收入来缩小城乡收入差距,构建和谐社会,加强土地用途管制与建立相应的补偿制度,才能切实保护好耕地。

This paper employed provincial panel date in 1998-2006 to evaluate wether the Kuznets Curve hold true between the income disparity and cultivated land conversion.The research found that income disparity may extend the cropland conversion and influence economic growth.It is pointed out that by strengthen land-use zoning,setting up corresponding compensation,exaltated peasants income and setting up harmony society can contract income disparity and protect cultivated land practically.
