摘要
从电、磁探针测量原理和计算公式入手，介绍了一种在波导传输线上的高功率微波模式和功率诊断方法，以及探针有效耦合面积及时间响应特性的标定方法和实验结果。这种用电、磁探针测量的方法对单模或有主模的高功率微波源的测量具有较好的精度。
The method of measurement of the HPM power and modes in circular waveguide are introduced in this paper. The calibration system of the effective area and the time response of the probes is also described. Both theoretic analysis and experiment indicates that the measurement method of probes has a comparatively perfect accuracy on measuring HPM source which has eignmode.
