摘要 针对轴承故障信号中调制信号二次相位耦合的特点,提出了一种基于对角切片高阶谱的故障识别方法。该方法利用希尔伯特变换构造原始信号的解析信号,在高阶谱分析的基础上求其对角切片谱,可以有效地分析二次相位耦合引起的非线性信号。通过理论分析和轴承故障诊断实例,表明该方法可以有效地抑制噪声,提取振动信号的非线性特征,完成对轴承外圈故障和内圈故障特征的识别。 A fault identification method based on high-order spectrum of diagonal slices was presented in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the fault roller bearing signal feature and the principle of high-order spectrum analysis, the new method was used in the fault roller bearing vibration signal analysis. The diagonal slices high-order spectrum of the envelope signal based on the original vibration signal was calculated and the non-linear feature derived from the quadratic phase coupling was extracted. Theoretical analysis and fault roller bearing diagnoses show that the new method can suppress the noise effectively and extract the non-linear feature in the vibration signal clearly. The roller bearing vibration signal with inner rings defect and outer rings defect are used to simulate and testify the validity of this method .
