摘要
对称五杆机构作为一种具有特殊结构尺寸的五杆机构,在机械设计中有着广泛的应用,掌握其连杆曲线具有的特殊性质是对机构进行设计应用的前题。利用Matlab6.5语言建立仿真模型,对对称五杆机构连杆曲线具有的特殊性质进行研究,发现在一定条件下该机构的连杆曲线具有稳定性、相似性、对称性等特殊性质,并对这些特性进行深入分析,为对称五杆机构连杆曲线变化规律及曲线分类研究、特征电子图谱的建立和机构优化综合时初值确定提供理论依据。
A symmetrical five-bar mechanism has a special structure of size and it is widely applied to mechanical design. We first build its simulation module by Matlab6.5 for studying the characteristics of the bar linkage curve of the symmetrical five-bar mechanism. The stability, similarity and symmetry of the bar linkage curve under certain conditions are discovered. We also carry out a thorough analysis on these characteristics of the bar linkage curve, which is crucial to the regulation and classification of the bar linkage curves of the symmetrical five-bar mechanism, the establishment of the electronic feature arias and the determination of the initial value in mechanism optimization and synthesis.
