摘要
微型绳传动是一种新型的精密传动方式,它以简单的形式替代以往复杂的机构,实现高精度,高刚性,低成本的传动,并形成了一整套传动体系。然而其传动特性并没得到普遍认识,其设计理论并不完善。笔者以一种新颖的钢丝绳传动为研究背景,分析了绳传动轴向运动特性,给出了实现正常传动时应满足的绳槽匹配条件,推导了绳传动中钢丝绳偏斜角表达式,并以此作为绳传动的设计准则,通过对实际绳传动系统设计验证了笔者提出设计方法的可行性。
A mini-cable drive is a new style of transmission mode, which can easily achieve high precision, high ri- gidity and low cost compared with some complex transmissions. However, transmission characteristics of a cable drive are not generally understood, and its design theory is not perfect. Based on a novel cable drive, we analyze the groove match conditions, deduce the steel wire deflection angle expression, and put forward the cable drive design criterion. The actual cable drive design proves the feasibility of the method.
