Thinking on Present Situation of College Graduates Working at the Grass-roots Level

"大学生下基层"是近年国家针对大学毕业生的一项重要政策,本调查小组以大学生村官及支教两个项目为对象,从选择动机、实际情况、自我评价以及未来打算四个方面对下基层大学生进行了实地访谈与调查,在此基础上对如何充分发挥"大学生下基层"的优势提出了一些建议和思考。

Going to work at the grass - roots level has been an important policy of our country directed at college graduates. Based on a survey of college graduates working as village officials and of those who have volunteered to teach in some remote areas, including their motives, actual situations, selfevaluation and future plans, this article discusses how to give full play to the strengths of the practice.
