化疗对B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者CD_4^+CD_(25)^+Foxp_3^+Treg细胞的影响

摘要 目的探讨B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)的发病机制及化疗对B-NHL患者机体抗肿瘤免疫状态的影响。方法采用流式细胞术分别检测35例B-NHL患者(观察组)化疗前后及30例健康对照者(对照组)外周血中CD4+CD25+Treg细胞所占比例,RT-PCR法检测各组外周血中转录因子Foxp3 mRNA的相对表达水平。结果观察组化疗前后外周血CD4+CD25+Treg细胞的比例、Foxp3 mRNA表达均显著高于对照组,化疗后显著高于化疗前,P均<0.05。结论机体抗肿瘤免疫功能受抑是B-NHL患者发病原因之一;化疗在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时亦可进一步削弱患者机体自身的抗肿瘤免疫功能。
