摘要
采用西安市商业银行信用卡顾客的抽样调查数据,应用Cox比例风险回归模型分析了影响信用卡顾客生命周期的各种因素。分析结果表明:年龄、月可支配收入、持有张数、钱包份额、月均消费额和持卡类型是影响顾客生命周期的6个独立因素,且全部为保护因素。商业银行信用卡管理部门可以利用这些因素对顾客的危险率进行计算,来识别持卡生命周期较长的顾客,并针对不同的顾客采取差异化的营销和管理服务,进而提高信用卡业务的盈利水平。
This paper chooses the xi'an commercial bank credit card customer to be the sampling investigation data, applies the Cox proportion hazard regression model, and then it analyzes the influence factors of the credit card customer lifetime cycle. Results show that : age, monthly dominating income, the number of cards, wallet shares, amount of consumption per month and the kind of card are the 6 independent factors of the credit card customer lifetime cycle as well as the protective factors. The management department of commercial bank credit card can use these factors to calculate the customer hazard rate and recognize the long period customer lifetime cycle. At the same time, it can adopt various marketing services to different customers and promot the credit card profit level.
