酒店业激励理论应用现状及对策

摘要 酒店业服务受人的因素影响较大,具有无形性和不稳定性的特征。本文分析酒店业员工激励的现状以及存在的突出问题,探索问题产生的内在原因,并结合实际,寻求科学、可行的员工激励措施来实现酒店的高效经营管理目标。 Encouragement is the heart of modern management, basic theory and important means of human resources. Hotel industry is service one. And service itself is strongly influenced by the human factors, which makes it invisible and unsteady. The service of high quality relies on good mentality, initiative and creativity of the staff. How to establish scientific encouragement mechanism will directly influence the image and products of hotels. Based on this, the paper analyzes the current situation of hotel staff and its prominent problems. Furthermore, it points out underlying reasons and tries to find scientific, feasible encouragement measures to achieve the aims of hotel administration.
