The risk of human development and prevention in modern society

人的发展风险的生成,是与其所处的社会发展的不确定性或者说风险性直接联系在一起的。与传统社会不同,现代社会是一个高度开放与快速多变的社会,因而也是一个充满了风险的社会。不断制造、生产与分配风险,不仅成为现代社会发展所呈现出来的基本特征,而且也成为现代社会人的发展风险生成的重要根源。现代社会,人的发展所面临的风险不仅具有多样性,而且也具有极大的复杂性。正是这种多样性与复杂性,决定了人的发展对风险把握和预防的重要性与必要性。

The production of the risk of human development is directly linked to the the uncertainty element or risks of the social development.Modern society which is different from the traditional one is charactered as highly opening and rapidly varied,thus making a society full of risks.The process of manufaturing,producing and distributing risks continually has not only proved to be the basic characteristic which emerged by the development in the modern world, but also turned into the important resource to the risks of people’s evolution in the contemporary age.In modern age,the risks being faced are not just diverse but of great complexity which are the reasons that decide the significance and essentiality of these mankind who grasp and prevent the risks within their development.
