摘要
本文基于儒家学习观和现代科学基本方法"试错法"之间的相通性,提出了"分享错误型"教师新概念:"教师是先于学生犯错,了解某一领域大部分几乎可能的错误,并经常自我反思和剖析错误,通过恰当的方式将自身的合理性错误与学生分享,从心智和道德等方面促进学生发展的研究者。"新教师概念从历史的纬度,将教师个人成长的经历融入概念之中,并要求教师系统地掌握学科错误史,同时教师评估体系也需做出相应的改良。"分享错误型"教师新概念的提出,有助于从错误观的视角促进儒学与现代化之间的融合。
On the basis of reviewing the development of teacher’s concept,this paper points out the necessity of redefining the concept from the perspective of 'trial and error'.The new concept of 'sharing-mistakes teacher' has been proposed based on the common feature of the Confucian learning idea and modern scientific method 'trial and error'.Sharing-mistakes teachers mean that teachers are researchers who make mistakes before the students,understand the majority errors possible existing in one field and through self-reflection and analysis of errors share these reasonable errors with the students by a proper way,and then promote the development of the student including intellectual and moral aspects.'Sharing-mistakes teacher' embodies teacher’s personal learning experiences from the perspective of history and requires that teachers should master discipline history concerning mistakes systematically,and teacher-evaluation system should also be improved.The new concept of 'sharing-mistakes teacher' has provided the possibility to promote the intercommunity of Confucian values and modern science.
