摘要
发展低碳经济在全球已经形成共识。我国在经济建设快速增长中付出了巨大的资源和环境代价,急需通过发展方式转变和能源结构调整等手段加大节能减排力度,走低碳经济之路;同时,我们应当通过增加财政投入、改进投入方式、完善税收体系、推进能源价改等手段加大政府的政策支持力度;此外,国际间的相互合作也是中国低碳经济健康发展的重要保证。
There is a consensus on the importance of promoting low carbon economy among whole world.China pays huge price on the resources and environment in the process of its rapid economic development.Increased efforts should be placed on energy conservation and reduction of pollutant emissions,in the way of changing developing mode and adjusting energy structure.Low Carbon Economy is a right way to go.At the same time,China needs to provide policy support,such as increasing financial input,input mothods,improve tax system.
