The paper mainly focuses on the comparative studies on postdoc education enterprise between China and America with its emphasis on the rise of postdoc education,the latest development and difficulties and challenges that China and American postdoc enterprises are facing.Based on the comparative studies,the paper raises suggestions on further promoting the development of China postdoc education enterprise:that is,strengthening the flexibility of China postdoc education system by paying attention to the changes of purposes of China postdoc education and the different approaches of various fields of studies;clarifying the rights and obligations of the hosting institutions,postdoc advisers and postdoc researchers and enforcing the management of agreement among the parties concerned.
