摘要
从移动运营商目前的业务现状、手机缴纳电费业务的特点及流程出发,分析了通过移动网络实现手机缴纳电费系统的实现方式、社会效益以及项目实现后需要解决的问题。
With the current services of mobile operators, the characteristics of mobile phones to pay for electricity services and its processes as the starting point, this paper analyzes the method for the implementation of mobile phones to pay for electricity services through the mobile networks, social benefits, and issues to be addressed after the implementation of the project.
