摘要
以耐寒性较强的新台糖16号(ROC16)和耐寒性较弱的新台糖22号(ROC22)为对照品种,与6个甘蔗新品种进行耐寒性比较,研究低温冻害对甘蔗幼苗生理生化特性的影响以及不同品种的耐寒性差异。结果表明,8个品种3种不同冰水浸苗时间处理的平均细胞膜透性、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量均有上升,而平均根系活力和SOD活性均有下降。综合得出以下结论:参试的6个新品种中赣蔗18号和桂糖94-119的耐寒性优于耐寒性较好的对照品种ROC16,台引2号的耐寒性比ROC22差,桂辐98-296、桂糖00-122和桂引9号的耐寒性介于ROC16和ROC22之间。
The. present experiment was conducted to study physiological and biochemical indices and difference in cold resistance amongst six sugarcane varieties after soaking in ice-water for one, two and three days. Variety ROC16 with better cold-resistance and ROC22 with weak cold-resistance were used as the control. The results showed that cell membrane permeability, MDA content and proline content of 8 sugarcane varieties increased after soaking in ice-water for different days, while average root activity and SOD activity declined. It was observed that the cold tolerance of variety Ganzhe No.18 and Guitang 94-119 were better comPared to ROC16, the cold tolerance of variety Taiyin No.2 was found lesser than that of ROC22, variety Guifu 98-122 and Guiyin No.9 were found moderately tolerant to the cold.
