番茄种质材料对南方根结线虫抗性鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 采用盆栽接种2龄幼虫法,对4份番茄种质材料进行抗南方根结线虫鉴定,并对其有关生理生化指标进行观测。结果显示,番茄种质材料无限生长(红色)和Bss368对南方根结线虫表现为抗性,红吉星和大明星表现为感病,具体表现为抗性材料根际线虫量及根结数比感病材料少,根际线虫高峰期比感病材料晚;感病材料地上部分生长受抑制明显,根冠比高于抗病材料;抗病材料过氧化物酶(POD)活性高,积累量大,能及时阻止线虫的侵染。 The present study was conducted to identify the resistance against Meloidogync ineognita in four tomato materials using pot culture. After 14 days of transplanting, two thousand second instar larval were inoculated on tomato seedlings and the changes in physiological and biochemical indices were analyzed at 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 and 45 days. The results showed that two materials, viz., Wuxianshengchang (Red) and Bss368 were resistant to Meloidogync incognita, while the other two materials, viz., Hongjixing and Damingxing were susceptible to Meloidogyne incognita. The number of nematode and root knots in the resistant genotypes were found less than that of susceptible materials, while the peak stage of nematode in root system of resistant materials reached later than in susceptible ones. The growth of above ground part in susceptible material was inhibited significantly by nematodes, and the root/shoot ratio was higher than that of resistant materials. In resistance genotypes, the activity and accumulation of POD was higher compared to susceptible ones.
