植物源杀菌剂研究进展Ⅱ:活性测定、活性物质及其应用

Advances in researches on plant germicidesⅡ:Methods for determining antimicrobial activity,active metabolites and their application

文章对植物源杀真菌剂和杀细菌剂的抑菌生物活性测定方法、抑菌的植物源活性物质以及抑菌植物在防治植物病害上的应用进行了概述,指出在植物源杀菌剂研究开发中存在的问题,提出今后对植物源农药应加强几方面的研究:(1)加强对活性先导化合物分离技术及人工模拟合成的研究;(2)借鉴活性测定技术,开发出快速、准确追踪活性化合物的方法;(3)加强对抑菌植物的综合利用及深加工研究;(4)加快植物源杀菌剂作用机理的研究;(5)加强科研单位与企业的联合,加大研发力度,实现植物源农药产业化开发。

The present study was conducted to summarize the methods for determining antimicrobial activity of some plant derived fungicides, bactericides, antimicrobial plant active metabolites and their application for controlling plant diseases. The existing problems in developing botanical germicides have also been discussed in detail. In the time to come, the use of plant derived pesticides should be reinforced and researches should be carried out using the following aspects： isolation techniques and manual simulation synthesis of active lead compounds, the development of fast and accurate analysis methods for active compounds, the comprehensive application and deep-processing of antimicrobial plants, func- tional mechanism of botanical germicides. Further, the coordination between scientific research organization, industrial enterprises and farmers should be strengthened to ensure the development and use of botanical pesticides.
