有序初烤烟夹具应用效果试验

Effects of fixture for ordered first flue-cured tobacco on quality and appearance of tobacco leaves

以常规竹制编杆为对照,进行密集式烤房应用有序初烤烟夹具烘烤烟叶效果试验。结果表明,密集式烤房使用有序初烤烟夹具,不仅能显著降低用工和烘烤耗能成本,而且烤后各部位烟叶外观质量均有不同程度的提高,主要化学成分含量比例趋于适宜、协调,评吸质量明显改善,经济效益显著提高。但有序初烤烟夹具的制作成本(2707.5元/ha)相对偏高,有待进一步改良。

In the present study, the conventional bamboo-woven pole was used as the control, the fixture for ordered first flue-cured tobacco was applied on baking tobacco leaf in density curing barn. The results showed that applying fixture in density curing barn not only decrease the cost of labor and baking energy consumption, but also enhance the appearance and quality of curing tobacco leaf. The main chemical components were found in proper balance, taste quality improved and it increased the economic benefits. But, as compared to the control, the manufacture cost （2707.5 Yuan RMB） of fixture for ordered first flue-tobacco was higher. Therefore, there is need to develop a cost effective system in order to get the best quality tobacco.
