复方蜈蚣藻对罗非鱼生长和抗病力的影响

Effects of Grateloupia filicina on growth and disease resistance of tilapia

为探讨复方蜈蚣藻对罗非鱼生长和抗病力的影响作用,将复方蜈蚣藻分别按1%、2%、3%的比例添加至饲料中,以其投喂罗非鱼,并在饲养20d后以链球菌悬液进行攻毒试验。结果表明,以添加复方蜈蚣藻的饲料投喂罗非鱼,其增重率显著高于未添加复方蜈蚣藻的对照组,饲料系数则显著降低;且随添加比例的增加,罗非鱼增重率呈上升趋势,而饲料系数呈下降趋势。链球菌攻毒试验结果也表明,投喂添加复方蜈蚣藻饲料的罗非鱼的抗病力亦高于对照组,且添加比例越高,其抗病力越强。

In order to know about the effects of compound Grateloupia filicina on growth and disease resistance of tilapia, different percentage （0, 1%, 2% and 3%） of Crateloupia filicina were added to the feed for raising tilapia, and Streptococcus iniae suspension derived from disease tilapia was infected to tilapia after 20 days. The results showed that the feed containing Grateloupia filicina resulted in a significant increase in the weight gain rate, while decrease the feed coefficient significantly. With the increase of Grateloupia filicina percentage in feed, the weight gaining rate showed an increasing trend, while feed coefficient showed a decreasing trend. The results also indicated that the disease resistance of tilapia fed with feed containing Grateloupia filicina was higher, and increased with increasing percentage of Grateloupia filicina.
