ACE improves the process by using a simple and visual way, which would apply lean thinking to the lean manufacturing. In this paper, the author briefly reviewed and researched ACE application of lean manufacturing processes, and committed to flourish the success of United Technologies Company for the majority of manufacturing companies to make the production process simple and clear and to get more production advantages in the current market environment.
