摘要
保险代理人高速发展的同时,也不断暴露出很多严重的问题。为尽快走出个人代理人营销困境,应该明确代理人身份定位,建立多层次保险个人营销体制;保险公司加强内部管理,建立相对完善的个人代理人管理制度;改变现行佣金支付方式和业绩考核办法。
With the rapid development of insurance agent marketing system, a lot of serious problems of it have been found. To solve these problems, this paper proposes to insurance company: identify agents and build up a multi-level marketing system; strengthen internal control and set up a relatively perfect management system; change the existing way of commission payment and performance evaluation.
