个人银行结算账户的发展及管理

The Development and Management of Settlement Account in Personal Banking

随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断发展个人银行结算账户的发展促进了经济金融的改革和发展。但在实际工作中,个人结算账户也出现了新情况、新问题。表现为个人结算账户的开立较为混乱,代理办理各项个人结算账户业务等。针对这种情况,作者提出建立个人结算账户年审制、严格执行客户身份核验规定、加强代办储蓄业务的管理等办法以加强个人结算帐户的管控。

With the ment account of personal development of China＇s socialist market economy, the development of settle- banking promotes economic development and social reform. While in practical work, settlement account presents new situations and new problems such as disorderly opening personal settlement account and agent＇s handling transactions. This paper, in order to strengthen the management on personal settlement account, puts forwards some suggestions on building annual reviews system; strictly implement the regulation of authentication; strengthening the management on agent＇s savings transactions.
