摘要
案例教学作为一种以能力为导向的培养高素质、实用型和创新能力强的管理人才的重要教学方法,特别是在某些专业、学科教学中具有不可替代的作用,引起了教育工作者的广泛关注。高职高专教育能否借鉴其成功经验并全面运用案例教学?笔者对此进行了研究和分析,提出高职高专教育可以有选择的使用案例教学,但由于条件所限,不宜过分提倡,否则会使案例教学流于形式。同时结合自身的教学实践,提出高职高专教育案例教学的课程设计、案例教学中教师的作用以及实施中应注意的问题。
Case teaching is an important teaching method to cultivate practical talents with high qualities and innovation abilities, which plays an irreplaceable role especially in certain majors and sub- ject teaching. This teaching method has attracted much attention among educators, but can it be applied successfully to higher vocational education? This paper analyzes this problem and then puts forward a suggestion: ease teaching, owning to limited conditions, can be selectively used in higher vocational col- leges but must not be over promoted, or it will be a nominal one. At the same time, based on their teaching experience, the authors propose curriculum design of case teaching, the roles of lecturers and some prob- lems should pay attention to in case teaching at vocational colleges.
