Improving Party Building by Reform and Innovation

党的十七届四中全会提出坚持以改革创新的精神加强和改进党的建设。这是我们做好新时期党建工作的指导方针,认真学习深刻领会四中全会精神,以改革创新精神加强和改进党建工作,是各级党组织和每一位共产党员应该认真思考和深入探讨的重大现实问题。笔者拟结合四中全会精神的学习,从深刻认识与把握以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设的重要性和紧迫性、深刻认识和把握以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设的基本思路两个方面进行探讨。

The improvement of the Party＇s work style, which is our guidance in the new era, proposed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Party. Party organizations at all levels and all Party members should think carefully and discuss seriously on how to understand the essence of the Fourth Plenary Session and improve the Party building in a spirit of reform and innovation. The paper, on the basis of learning the spirit of the Session, discusses two aspects, including the importance and urgency of pushing the Party building and basic thinking in a spirit of reform and innovation.
