配方因素对均聚型/共聚型氯醚橡胶共混物耐热老化性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用机械共混方法制备了均聚型/共聚型氯醚橡胶(CO/ECO)共混物,考察了配方因素对共混物耐热老化性能的影响。结果表明,CO和ECO二者的共混比对共混物耐热老化性能影响不大。增强剂的种类对耐热老化性能影响较为显著,以填充沉淀法白炭黑和气相法白炭黑共混物的耐热老化性能较好;以炭黑为增强剂时,其用量以40~50份为佳。以三聚硫氰酸为硫化体系硫化的共混物,其热稳定性优于以1,2-亚乙基硫脲为硫化体系硫化的共混物。添加各种软化剂,均会导致共混物耐热老化性能下降;而各种防老剂中,以防老剂NBC、4010 NA和RD对共混物的防老化效果为最好。 The chlorohydrin rubber/epichlorohydrin rubber(CO/ECO) blends were prepared by mechanical blend,and the effects of formula factors on thermal aging resistance of blends were investigated.The results showed that the effect of CO/ECO(mass ratio) on thermal aging resistance of CO/ECO blends was not obvious.The species of reinforcing agent had evident effect,and among them precipitated silica,fumed silica were the best.The optimum amount was 40-50 phr when the reinforcing agent was carbon black.The thermal aging resistance of the blends cured with trithiocyanuric acid was better than that with ethylene thiourea.The thermal aging resistance of CO/ECO blends decreased by adding softening agents,but improved by adding antioxidant NBC,4010 NA and RD.
