羧基丁苯橡胶/钠基黏土复合材料的结构与性能

Structure and properties of carboxy styrene-butadiene rubber/sodium based clay composites

摘要 用乳液插层法制备了羧基丁苯橡胶/钠基黏土(XSBR/Na-clay)复合材料,用小角X射线衍射仪对其微观结构进行了表征,并对其动态力学性能和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,在XSBR/Na-clay共混物乳胶薄膜中,Na-clay的层间距加大,形成了插层结构;XSBR/Na-clay混炼胶和硫化胶中的Na-clay呈剥离状态。Na-clay的加入使XSBR薄膜的拉伸强度得到提高,混炼胶和硫化胶的力学性能得到明显改善;硫化胶的储能模量增大,玻璃化转变温度升高。 Carboxy styrene-butadiene rubber(XSBR)/sodium based clay(Na-clay) composites were prepared by emulsion intercalation,the microstructure of the composites was characterized by X-ray diffraction,and the mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that the interlayer spacing of Na-clay was enlarged,intercalation structure was formed in the XSBR/Na-clay film,and the exfoliated structure was observed in XSBR/Na-clay compounds and vulcanizates.The tensile strength of XSBR film was enhanced,mechanical properties of XSBR/Na-clay compounds and vulcanizates were evidently improved,and the storage modulus of XSBR/Na-clay vulcanizates and glass transition temperature increased after the incorporation of Na-clay into XSBR matrix.
