摘要
针对溪洛渡水电站泄洪洞流量大、流速高的主要特点,设计采用了抗冲耐磨混凝土、提高流道混凝土体形尺寸精度和混凝土表面平整度等措施。为保证流道面平整度的精度达到设计要求,对混凝土抹面施工工艺进行技术试验研究与创新。通过刮轨工艺试验,得出了可以适用于右岸泄洪洞进水塔底板流道面平整度控制的施工工艺及机械设备配置,可以供类似混凝土抹面施工提供参考。
Based on the main characteristics of discharge tunnel in Xiluodu Hydropower Station which are large discharge and high velocity,we take the measures of adopting scour and abrasion resistant concrete,enhancing the dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness of flow channel concrete in design.In order to ensure surface smoothness satisfying the design demands,the test research and innovation of concrete finish construction technologies are performed.By the technological test,we find out the construction technologies and mechanical equipment configuration suitable for the smoothness control of bottom flow channel of discharge tunnel intake in right bank,providing references for similar concrete finish construction.
