摘要
溪洛渡水电站右岸泄洪洞出口高边坡高程525 m马道基础清理后,发现2条顺向卸荷裂隙。为了保证高边坡的稳定,设计进行预应力锚索支护。针对该部位岩石破碎、裂隙发育的特点,采取隔孔穿索注浆,并对串浆孔进行扫孔后再穿索的措施,成功防止了注浆过程中浆液通过孔间贯通裂隙串入相邻孔内的问题,保证了注浆密实。锚索支护施工完成后,经锚墩混凝土取样和应力检测分析,发现张拉效果良好,锚索使用正常。
In the berm foundation at El525 high slope of discharge tunnel outlet of right bank discharge tunnel in Xiluodu Hydropower Station,there are 2 consequent unloading fissures.In order to ensure the stability of high slope,the pre-stress anchorage cable support is adopted.Based on the features of rock breaking and fissure development,grouting is carried out with anchorage cable threaded every two holes,and then cleaning hole bottom and threading cable again,so as to prevent the grout mixing up and seeping into adjacent holes,thus the grouting compactness is ensured.The concrete sampling from anchorage pier and stress testing show that the tension is with good results and the anchorage cable works normally.
