摘要
PDCA循环法是一种能够有效控制工程质量的科学的、全面的、动态的工作程序,其实质是通过计划、执行、检查、处理4个阶段周而复始循环运转,不断解决过程中出现的问题,达到质量水平的持续提高。以向家坝水电站右岸8号公路水稳层施工为例,详细叙述了该方法的应用过程,其经验可供类似公路工程质量管理参考。
PDCA circulation method is a scientific,overall and dynamic working procedure,by which the problems in construction can be solved continuously and the successive improvement of quality can be made through constant circulation of plan-do-check-action.Taking the construction of water-stable layer of No.8 highway on the right bank of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station as an example,we describe the adoption of the method in detail.The experiences provide references for the quality management of highway project of similar nature.
