摘要
工程造价工作自始至终作用于施工企业整个生产过程中,它是一项涉及面广、综合性强的工作,需要有关部门各负其责、密切协作、共同完成。根据工程实践,从合同管理、施工过程控制、变更索赔工作和工程造价款的结算管理等方面进行了阐述;对各阶段容易出现的情况进行了分析,指出了加强各阶段管理的重要性,以达到降低工程造价或降低工程成本的目的,不断提高工程造价管理水平。
The project costing exerts functions in the whole process of construction,and involves many aspects and has an integral nature,demanding that the departments concerned perform their respective duties,cooperate closely and fulfill the work together.Based on the engineering practices,we present the contract management,construction process control,claims for design changes,as well as settlement management of project payment;analyze the problems existing in different stages;discuss the importance of strengthening the management for each stage,so as to achieve the purpose of lowering project cost and improve the project cost management level.
