浅谈部队应急卫勤保障体系的建设实施

Establishment and implementation of emergency medical service security system of troops

部队应急卫勤保障体系建设的完善与否,直接关系到应急任务的完成。卫勤工作必须强调平时的宣传教育,普及自我防护、现场急救知识。针对不同情况,制订不同的应急卫勤保障预案,在经常演练中不断地使之完善。发生灾害时,在进入灾区后,要在防疫、应急处置、后送、心理疏导等方面做好工作。

The perfection of emergency medical service security system of troops is directly related to the accomplishment of emergency tasks.For medical service,emphasis shall be laid on daily publicity and education,as well as the popularization of self-prevention and first-aid knowledge.We prepare emergency preplans for medical service in accordance with different conditions and improve them in exercises.After entering disaster areas,we shall finish our work in the aspects of epidemic prevention,emergency treatment,medical evacuation and psychological guidance.
