摘要
在市场经济条件下,水电施工行业竞争日益激烈,企业要想求生存、谋发展,降低成本就显得尤为重要。从水电施工项目成本管理的特点及存在的问题入手,系统阐述了目前水电施工项目成本管理存在的诸多缺陷,并就如何改进我国水电施工项目成本管理中存在的问题进行了初步探讨,提出了加以改进和完善的几点建议。
Under the condition of market economy,the competitions among hydropower construction enterprises become more and more intense,which make cost reduction extremely important for the survival and development of enterprises.In the view of the characteristics and existing problems in cost management of hydropower project construction,we systematically describe the shortcomings in the cost management of hydropower project construction and discuss the solution measures and put forward some improvement suggestions.
