机械设备完好率、利用率和生产率(简称设备管理"三率")通常作为考核设备经济性能的指标,其重要性在设备管理中十分明显。采用机械设备的数量法、时间法和价值加权法对设备完好率、利用率进行研究,分析不同计算方法的利弊,从而在设备管理中根据具体情况,合理选择完好率、利用率的计算方法,以数据指标为依据,真实反映出单位设备管理情况,对进一步加强设备管理,提高设备管理水平具有一定的指导作用。

The availability,utilization ratio and productivity of mechanical equipment are usually taken as the indexes for judging their economic performance,which are very important in equipment management.We conduct a research on the availability and utilization ratio of equipment by the use of quantity method,time method and value method of weighting and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different computational methods,and reasonably select the methods for calculating the availability and utilization ratio according to actual conditions.As a result,based on the data and indexes,the conditions of equipment management can be reflected,and some guidance can be provided for strengthening equipment management and improving management level.
