摘要
随着超声成像技术的迅猛发展,高频超声成为甲状腺微小癌主要的影像学检查方法,根据近年来的有关研究和文献,对甲状腺微小癌的形态、边缘、内部回声、钙化、血流、及转移性淋巴结等超声特征进行总结,并陈述了超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学检查的现状及超声造影在甲状腺微小癌诊断中的应用,旨在为甲状腺微小癌的术前诊断提供科学依据。
With the development of ultrasonic imaging, high-resolution ultrasound provides a main imageology detective method for thyroid microcarcinoma. In terms of related study and literature in recent years, we carried out a summary in this paper on the sonographic features of thyroid microcarcinoma,which included shape, contours, internal echo, calcification, vascularity and metastatic lymph nodes, and described the current state of US-guided fine needle aspiration biopsy and application of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in detection of throid microcarcinoma, microcarcinoma.
