摘要 近年来,随着新材料、新技术的引用,动脉硬化闭塞症慢性下肢缺血的腔内治疗显示出令人鼓舞的成果。髂动脉闭塞性病变腔内治疗的近、远期效果已达到外科手术的水平;股腘动脉腔内治疗长段病变的近、远期效果还与外科血管重建术有差距;膝下腔内治疗已被认为是膝下闭塞性病变的首选治疗方法。 In recent years, with the application of new materials and new technology, endovascular treatment for chronic lower limb ischemia caused by arteriosclerosis obliterans show encouraging results. Short/ long-term effects of endovascular treatment for iliac arterial occlusive disease have reached the level of surgery. Short/long-term effects of endovascular treatment for femoropopliteal artery are not as good as surgical revascularization. Below-knee endovascular treatment has been considered to be of the preferred treatment for below-knee occlusive disease.
