摘要 分析总结最近几年国际上神经保护治疗研究的进展和临床应用前景,侧重于脑缺血方面的研究成果。首先是关于针对N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸受体和阻断谷氨酸神经毒性的研究;其次是关于寻找体内正常生理生化物质或其他有效成分的替代物用于脑梗死的治疗;随后介绍了将生物工程的新成果和新技术运用于脑梗死实验研究的新动向;最后讨论了上述研究成果在临床治疗中实际操作的可能性。 The progress and prospect for clinical application of the neuroprotective treatment on the international research in recent years are summarized in this review, focusing on research achievement on cerebral infarction and cerebral isehemia. The first part focuses on the N-methyl-D-aspartic acid receptor and blocking glutamate neurotoxicity studies, the second part concerns the search for normal physiological and biochemical material or other active ingredient alternative for the treatment of cerebral infarction, and then we introduce the new trends with the new achievements and technology in biological engineering for experimental research in cerebral infarction, and finally we discuss the practice possibilities for clinical operation with the research results above.
