Progress of Posterior Surgical Approach for Atlantoaxial Instability

外伤、炎症、肿瘤及手术等原因导致的寰枢椎不稳定,常引起延髓、高位脊髓受压或神经根刺激症状,因此采取可靠的方法解除神经压迫、重建脊柱的稳定性极其重要。目前有多种方法可以用于固定寰枢椎。大部分采用后路内固定技术,现就寰枢椎不稳的后路手术治疗方法予以综述。

Trauma,inflaromatory diseases, tumors, and surgery can also result in instability of the atlantoaxial complex, with compression of the brainstero and upper cervical spinal cord and nerve root. It is vital to decompress and recovery atlantoaxial complex stability. There arc lots of options for fixation of the atlantoaxial complex. Most of them are posterior approach. Fixation through posterior approach are review in this paper.
