摘要
循环肿瘤细胞的检测有助于研究肿瘤转移机制、指导肿瘤治疗、判断治疗效果、为推断预后提供可靠参考、监测肿瘤的转移或复发。随着研究的进展,循环肿瘤细胞逐渐被人们所重视。外周血中循环肿瘤细胞的数目较少,精确分离很困难。目前用于循环肿瘤细胞检测的方法很多,通常包括富集技术和分析技术两个部分,实际操作中常需要选择两个部分的不同方法加以有效结合;近年来随着实验技术的进步,建立了兼有富集和分析功能的细胞搜索系统。
The detection of circulating tumor cells（CTCs） may contribute to studying the mechanism of cancer metastasis, providing potential prognostic value, guiding the treatments ,judging the therapeutic effica- cy and monitoring the recurrence or metastasis. With the progress of studies, CTCs are gradually been valued by the people. CTCs in peripheral blood are fewer, and arc very difficult to accurately separate. There are many methods for the detection of CTCs, typically including two parts： enrichment technique and analysis technique. The two parts effectively integrate with each other in the practice. With technological advances in recent years, CellSearch system is set up with both enrichment and analysis functions.
