摘要
为了解决钻井管汇常规无损检测费时费力的现状,从实验入手,根据声发射技术原理,分析出声发射源产生的声发射信号在钻井管汇的的传播特性,结合凯塞尔效应原理,给出检测中排除噪声的方法,通过破坏实验研究分析出钻井管汇缺陷扩展的声发射信号参数特征,在对比实验的基础上,提出将钻井管汇简化为一维物体,并给出钻井管汇声发射检测的最佳布点方式,为其他声发射信号传播衰减小、传播特性好的石油设备的声发射检测提供参考。
In order to solve the status of conventional NDT of Petroleum Tube with time-consuming and laborious,based on the principles of acoustic emission technique,the transmission characteristics of AE signal in petroleum tube were analyzed.Combining the principle of Kaiser effect,the methods of noise abatement were given in the tests.And through the destruction test,the characteristics of AE signal parameters in petroleum tube were analyzed.Base on the contrast experiment,the petroleum tube was reduced to one-dimensional objects,and its best AE test points in petroleum tube were given.This technique provided a reference for acoustic emission testing of other oil equipment with low AE signal attenuation and good transmission characteristics.
