超高温钻井液降滤失剂FLA240合成与评价 被引量:8

摘要 采用氧化-还原引发体系,以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰氧异丁基磺酸、丙烯酸和N、N-二甲基丙烯酰胺等单体为原料,合成了低相对分子质量的多元共聚物超高温钻井液降滤失剂FLA240,借助红外光谱和热分析研究了FLA240的结构和热稳定性,分析了其抗温机理,初步评价了FLA240的钻井液性能。结果表明,FLA240热稳定性好,与其它处理剂配伍性好,作为钻井液处理剂在淡水、盐水和饱和盐水钻井液中均具有较好的降滤失作用,经过240℃超高温老化后的能较好的控制钻井液的滤失量,在密度2.25g/cm3饱和盐水钻井液中,当加量由1.0%增加到4.0%时,可以使钻井液高温高压滤失量由110ml降至6ml,体现出了良好的抗温性能。 Taking acrylamide,acryloyloxyloxyisobutylsulfonic acid,N,N-dimethyl acrylamide and acrylic as base material,the copolymer ultra-high temperature loss additive FLA240 used for drilling fluid was synthesized by redox initation.The structure and thermal stability of FLA240 were researched by using infrared spectroscopy and thermal analysis,its anti-temperature mechanism was also analyzed,the performances of FLA240 drilling fluids were evaluated in laboratory.The results showed that,FLA240 had very good thermal stability and compatibleness,and it had better fluid loss characteristics in fresh water,brine and saturated brine drilling fluid.After the 240 ℃ ultra-high temperature aging,it can better control the filter loss of drilling fluid.In the density of 2.25g/cm3 saturated brine drilling fluid,when the FLA240 was increased from 1.0% to 4.0%,filtration of high-temperature and high pressure drilling fluid can reduced from 110mL to 6mL.
