摘要
中国的公共治理自觉或不自觉地在复制西方化的治理模式结构,并且以此为绝对标准来衡量中国公共治理水平的成熟度,教育也毫不例外。当前中国教育公共治理的理论研究正逐步凸显出其自身的不确定性。在变革着传统单一权威主体的管治方法的同时,治理的理论研究正陷入到一个符号化的超级"拟真"状态中,教育公共治理似乎被当成了一种教育改革与发展的崭新产品而被学界和政界所联合推出并被公众所符码消费。全球化语境下的中国教育公共治理应是什么样的?这绝不是一个自明的理论问题,而应将其置于现代法理国家的视阈,在多元文明冲突的相互对话中来展开深层解读。
It seems that the public administration in China has subconsciously adopted the so-called way of "Global Administration", which is indeed a Western model of administration, and has made it an absolute criterion to measure the maturity of China's public administration, in spite of China's distinguishing features. And this doesn't spare education. Currently the uncertainty of the so called public administration of China's education has been gradually found in theoretical research. Administration, under the multiple-cooperative mode, is seeking to change its traditional methodology of single authority, yet at the same time gets caught in a symbolic simulative democratic structure. It seems that public administration of education has been regarded as a new product of education reform, produced by academics and politicians, and virtually consumed by the public. What is the public administration of China's education like under globalization? It's never a self-evident "theory and practice" issue, but we have to view this issue from the perspective of Gesellschaft, against the background of multiple cultural conversation.
