摘要
文章针对目前我国高校毕业生在就业过程中的性别差异问题,总结了近年来国内针对劳动力市场性别差异的相关研究,并侧重实证研究部分。归纳了性别差异的表现形式,考察性别差异的不同视角,性别差异的产生原因以及可采取的消除性别差异的措施等。旨在通过梳理国内现有的性别差异研究文献,全面了解以教育经济学领域为主并涉及多学科的一个广泛研究领域内性别差异研究的进展情况,从而为以后的研究提供参考并指出方向。
This study reviews recent studies and research on gender gap in Chinese labor market and focuses on empirical studies. It summarizes different forms of gender gap and various perspectives on gender gap research, causes of gender gap and possible approaches to eliminate gender gap. By reviewing existing studies, this paper aims at providing an overall picture of domestic gender gap study in China, which integrates economics of education as a main research field and muhidisciplinary field involved as a complement, and at the same time tries to give some advice for the directions of future studies.
