The Realization of the Right of High School Students’ Freedom of Choice in Credit Management

保障个人选择自由,促进学生个性发展是我国普通高中实行学分管理的重要目标。现实中,观念的掣肘、制度改革的滞后及学校资源的不足,使得学分管理中学生的诸多选择自由权在实践中屡屡受限。优化高中生教育选择自由权的实现环境,我们必须更新观念,完善制度,加大投入以优化学校资源。

It is an important goal of implementing credit management in high schools to protect individual freedom of choice and promote the personality development of students. However, in reality, the students＇right of choice is often limited due to the old concept, the lag of institutional reform and the lack of school resources. In order to protect the students＇right of freedom of choice,we must adopt new ideas,improve the system and increase input for optimizing school resources.
