一种复方中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪免疫机能的影响

Effects of Feed Additives with One Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on the Immune Function of Weaning Piglets

选用同一保育舍的87头断奶仔猪进行饲养试验及血液采集和免疫指标测定。87头断奶仔猪随机分为2组,Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组为中药组,在基础日粮中添加1.5%的中草药添加剂。结果表明,血清免疫球蛋白:1个阶段(30 d)后,在IgM、IgA水平上,中药组与对照组相比,无显著差异(P>0.05),在IgG水平上,中药组比对照组提高11.38%(P<0.05)。2个阶段(60d)后,在IgM水平上,中药组比对照组提高12.46%(P<0.05),在IgG、IgA水平上,中药组比对照组分别提高41.69%和21.33%(P<0.01);淋巴细胞转化率:2个阶段后,中药组比对照组提高了15.79%(P<0.05);猪瘟抗体水平和猪伪狂犬抗体水平:1个阶段后,中药组合格率比对照组都提高20%,阻断率(PI)分别改善3.86%(P>0.05)和11.94%(P<0.05)。2个阶段后,中药组合格率比对照组分别提高20%和30%,阻断率分别改善28.02%和24.83%(P<0.01)。通过本试验初步判断:该复方中草药添加剂可显著提高断奶仔猪的免疫机能,增强机体免疫力。

A total of 87 weaning piglets in the same nursery were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. Group I was control group fed with basal diet, group II was experimental group fed with basal diet plus 1.5% Chinese herb medicine （CHM）. During the process of the experiment, the blood samples were collected and the immunity function quota were measured, the results showed that after 1 course of treatment（ 30 days） ,The level of IgM,IgA of serum had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） between the two groups, while the level of IgG of serum in CHM group increased significantly by 11.38% （P 〈 0.05） ; After 2 courses of treatment（60 days）, the level of IgM of serum in CHM group increased significantly by 12.46% （P 〈0.05） ,and the level of IgG and IgA of serum in CHM group increased significantly by 41.69% and 21.33% （P 〈0.01 ）respectively; After 2 courses of treatment, the transformation rate of lymphocyte in CHM group increased significantly by 15.79% （P 〈 0.05） ; After 1 course of treatment, the qualified rate of antibody level in CHM group against CSFV and PRV raised by 20%, the PI improved 3.86% （ P 〉 0.05 ） and 11.94% （P 〈 0.05 ） respectively ; After 2 courses of treatment, the qualified rate of antibody level against CSFV and PRV raised by 20% and 30% ,while the PI improved 28.02% and 24.83% （P 〈 0.01 ） respectively. A initial conclusion in this experiment was made that the compound Chinese herbal medicine can obviously improve the immune function of weaning piglets, thus enhance the immunity of piglets.
