摘要
通过对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)感染Marc-145细胞4种不同接毒方法的比较研究,筛选出一种在规模化生产中既能保证毒价,又能减少工艺流程,提高工作效率,降低污染几率及生产成本的接种方法。结果表明,与其他方法相比,同步接毒法效果最佳,不仅毒价最高,而且繁殖毒液时间缩短,减轻了工作量,节省生产成本。
Four different inoculation methods of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) infecting Marc - 145 cells were compared in PRRSV antigen fluid yield, and a scientific and effective inoculation method fit for the industrial production requirements was screened out, it can reduce the technology process, improve work efficiency, decrease pollution probability and production costs, ensure virus titers at the same time. The results showed that the method of simultaneous inoculation with PRRSV to the culture medium had the best effect compared with other methods. It ensured the highest virus titers and can shorten harvest time, save raw materials, ease the workload.
