摘要
运用激励教学法,通过各种行之有效的手段,激发学生的学习热情,调动学生的积极性和主动性,从而提高课堂教学效果。从目标激励、榜样激励、评价激励三方面探讨了如何实施激励教学,推进素质教育。
Many measures were used to encourage the passion and positivity of study by mean of motivation teaching, accordingly to improve the effect of the physiology teaching. The paper discussed how to apply the motivation teaching from goal motivation, example motivation and evaluation motivation for promoting the competence-oriented education.
