摘要
目的对感冒颗粒乙醇提取的工艺进行优化。方法采用正交试验设计法,以连翘苷的含量为考察指标,选用L9(34)正交设计进行工艺条件的考察。结果最佳提取工艺为每次加入8倍量80%乙醇,提取2次,每次1.5h。结论本工艺简便,连翘苷提取率高,颗粒连翘苷含量高于传统工艺,适用于工业化大生产。
Objective To explore an optimum extracting technology of Ganmao granules. Methods The extracting conditions were optimized by orthogonal design with L9 (3^4) with the extraction ratio of forsythin in extracts as the index. Results The optimal extrac- tion conditions of Ganmao granules were as follows : adding 8 times amount of 80% ethanol, extracting 1.5 h for 2 times. Conclusion The extraction technology is simple with the higher yield of forsythin, thus it is applicable for industrialized large-scale production.
