囊性肾透明细胞癌的CT诊断(附4例临床报告)

Diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcinoma with CT

目的探讨囊性肾癌的CT表现,提高囊性肾癌的诊断准确性,以提高对囊性肾癌的认识和诊断符合率。方法总结我院的4例囊性肾癌的诊断、治疗与随访,所有病例均行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果囊内CT值15-28.5Hu,高于单纯囊肿。典型征象包括:囊壁局限不连续,中断,向局部肾实质浸润;囊壁局限模糊,显示不清;囊壁局限增厚,突出壁结节,中等强化。结论囊性肾癌的CT表现有一定的特征性,螺旋CT对囊性肾癌有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the CT imaging features of cystic renal cell carcinoma（CRCC） for improving its diagnosis and dif- ferential diagnosis. Methods CT imaging features of 4 cases of CRCC confirmed surgically and pathologically were analyzed retro- spectively. All patients were examined by plain scan and enhancement CT. Results The CT value in cyst of CRCC was 15 -28.5 HU, and higher than that in the pure cyst. The typical signs included ： （1）The cyst wall limitation was not continual,and invaded into the partial kidney essence. （2）The cyst wall limitation was fuzzy and not clear. （3）The cyst wall limitation was accumulated, with the promi- nent wall tubercle and medium enhancement. Conclusion The CT imaging of cystic kidney cancer has the certain characteristics, and spiral CT has a high diagnosis value for the cystic kidney cancer.
