摘要
随着一批高学历、高素质人才进入高校实验队伍,高校实验人员激励机制缺陷问题越来越突出。分析了高校实验人员正、反激励两方面的缺陷,并提出了相应的对策。
The defect of incentive system was more and more obvious along with more and more doctors and masters becoming laboratory technicians in colleges and universities.This paper analyses the problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
