啤酒废水的可生化性好,适宜用生化法处理,一般采用厌氧工艺对其进行预处理。本文介绍了厌氧技术的特点及在啤酒废水处理中常用的厌氧工艺,并对厌氧技术的研究方向进行分析。

It was suitable to be treated by biological technology for the brewery wastewater because of its better bio-degradability. The anaerobic processes were usually applied in its pre-treatment . The characteristics of anaerobic technology and the commonly used anaerobic processes in treating brewery wastewa- ter were introduced in the paper. The developing trend of anaerobic technology were also analysized.
